For the fourth consecutive year, Tenute Orestiadi is confirmed as the Official Wine Sponsor of the Cous Cous Fest, an event that will take place in San Vito Lo Capo from 18 to 27 September 2020.
The awareness, born in 2017 and consolidated over the years, of having a common vision and a similar perception of the world has meant that the relationship between the Cantina Gibellinese and the Cous Cous Fest has become ever stronger.
For this reason, even in a particular year like 2020, in which the way of experiencing events has changed but also that of enjoying moments of conviviality such as tasting a wine is by its nature, the winery has decided to stay alongside of Feedback and the Cous Cous Fest, supporting those who bravely advocate for an event with a great social, economic and cultural impact for the whole area.
The way the Company is present will change, remodeling its structure in order to better comply with all the new regulations in force, but not stopping is essential. Not as a symptom of imprudence but of the ability to adapt and innovate, act with determination but in a cautious manner, respecting all the rules that allow you to operate safely and safeguard the health of your staff and the public who will participate in the event.
A different audience than in the past will taste the wines, which will still be present at the Cous Cous houses in combination with the dishes, during most of the official moments of the kermesse and at the stand dedicated to Tenute Orestiadi.
UPDATE:
The administration of the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo, in agreement with the Prefect of Trapani and the Feedback communication agency, has decided to cancel the 23rd edition of the Cous Cous Fest which should have taken place from 18 to 27 September close to San Vito Lo Capo. “Prudence and a sense of responsibility towards the San Vito community and the visitors who would have participated in the event – explain the organizers – lead us to make this important decision. In light of the change in the epidemiological picture, we feel it is necessary to take a step back despite the fact that the event project had been modified in full compliance with the anti-Covid regulations. The latest news on infections, unfortunately, does not favor the creation of the necessary climate of serenity which is essential for the conduct of a major event such as the festival. In any case, it is only a goodbye, we will return, stronger than before, as soon as conditions allow".
