The Catarratto of the "La Selezione" line is the result of careful and precise viticulture, carried out by Tenute Orestiadi on the fertile white earth hills of the Belìce Valley. A monovarietal that fully enhances the peculiarities of the main vine of the Sicilian tradition, with great personality and expressive fidelity. The grapes, harvested by hand between the first and second ten days of September, are processed in the cellar with soft pressing; the subsequent fermentation takes place at a thermo-controlled temperature, with the addition of selected yeasts. Symbol of absolute excellence, the Catarratto of Tenute Orestiadi stands out for a great olfactory finesse - with the typical imprint of Mediterranean scrub -, embellished by the sip: full and complex.
