Grillo

Freshness, linearity. A Grillo from the hills, grown on the white earth of the most evocative promontories of the Belìce Valley which fully expresses the peculiarities of the terroir of origin. The result of precision work, in search of the best expression of the vine, through careful and proximity viticulture, aimed at maximizing the oenological potential of the vineyards. The grapes, harvested manually in the last ten days of August, are processed in the cellar with soft pressing; temperature-controlled fermentation ensures the best quality to the must-flower. An eclectic and vertical wine, characterized by a deep bouquet, with hints of green tea, hay, orange blossom; the sip closes with a long, slightly mineral finish.
