Tradition, historicity. An excellent interpretation of the red berried variety prince of Sicily, with a typically Mediterranean character. The result of a precision work, oriented towards the search for the best expression of the vine, through careful and proximity viticulture, aimed at maximizing the oenological potential of the vineyards. After the manual harvest, necessary to safeguard the integrity of the berries, and the subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine is first aged in steel (4 months), then in French oak barriques for 8/10 months, with a further 6 in the bottle lying down. Nero d'Avola from the "La Selezione" line tells the story of the Sicily of wine, through its unmistakable hints of wild berries and morello cherry, mixed with spicy notes. The full sip, of good intensity and length, and the soft and enveloping body, make it a wine of absolute finesse.
