Zibibbo

Elegance, aroma, fragrance. Zibibbo from the “La Selezione” line is one of the six native mono-varietals that best represent the peculiarities and nuances of the Belìce Valley. The result of a manual harvest carried out at the end of August in the hilly countryside of Gibellina, at an altitude between 200 and 450 meters above sea level. A unique terroir where soils with a clayey-calcareous matrix, together with a favorable climate and ventilation, create the ideal conditions for the ripening of the Zibibbo grapes. The bouquet is a mosaic of complex and suggestive interactions, with persistent but never invasive notes of citrus, peach and yellow melon. On the palate it is fresh, slightly sapid, with a great taste-olfactory balance.
