Blanc de Blancs Brut

The "Feu" Blanc de Blancs of Tenute Orestiadi is a cuvée that comes from the encounter between the Catarratto and Grecanico grapes, harvested on the high hills of the Belìce Valley, sparkling with the Martinotti method. After a soft pressing and a fermentation at a controlled temperature, we proceed with the refermentation in the autoclave, with a further stop sur lie of 3 months. The bouquet is rich and balanced, with fruity hints of green apple and notes of flowers and vegetables. A Sicilian bubbly suitable for jovial and festive occasions, which offers a moment of pure pleasure from the first sip.

This type of soil is found on the gentle hills of the Trapani hinterland, rich in silty-clayey substances, compact and resistant to drought. Thanks to its characteristics, it is configured as an ideal habitat for the breeding of numerous varieties of both red and white berried vines and becomes for us the perfect soil for the cultivation of Syrah and Nero d'Avola, used not only in purity , also in a blend for the Orestiadi Ludovico, a wine dedicated to Ludovico Corrao and the flagship of the cellar.
