Authentic expression of centuries of history, of contaminations and perspectives, of shared rituals and realized dreams. The Marsala Vergine of Tenute Orestiadi is the result of a manual harvest of overripe white berried grapes, carried out starting from the second ten days of September, on the vineyards located between 100 and 250 meters in the hilly countryside of Gibellina. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature, with the addition of pure alcohol until the right alcohol content is reached. This is followed by an aging of 5 years in oak barrels. A meditation wine, characterized by a complex and intriguing bouquet, with hints of ancient wood and spicy nuances of vanilla, cinnamon and cloves, enriched with notes of toasted almonds, tobacco and leather. Its soft, slightly persistent body is masterfully balanced with the imposing alcoholic structure, giving a long carousel of unexpected flavour nuances.
